What is International Presentation of Performers?
iPOP! is a Convention that happens twice a year: in Los Angeles in July and January. iPOP! brings trained performers and models together to perform in front of the leading choreographers and show producers in the industry, and develop networking skills that will benefit them in the future.

Miss Black Louisiana USA is pleased to announce the first official contestant for the Miss Black Louisiana USA Talented Teen Scholarship Pageant. Miss Tori Turner will be vying to become Miss Black Louisiana USA Talented Teen 2012. She will compete in the following categories: Fitness, Talent, Evening Gown, and On-Stage Question. The pageant will take place on November 12 in Baton Rouge. The Louisiana State Police Training Academy will host the competition. Billboard recording artist, Rantz Davis, will be this year’s featured entertainment and the theme is “I Am Woman” – Theme Song By: Jordin Sparks!”

If Crowned: My platform would be to continue to promote the vision that God has given me through my foundation (Tori Turner’s D.R.E.A.M. BIG Foundation). My vision is to have an impact on other children by promoting that you can D.R.E.A.M. BIG dreams and if you truly BELIEVE in that D.R.E.A.M. and in yourself, anything you D.R.E.A.M. can come true, just take the first steps to get there, believe and have faith. “The journey of a thousand miles begins with one single step.” My mission is to provide yearly scholarships to assist parents in offsetting the cost of helping their child reach his/her D.R.E.A.M.S!

Miss Black Louisiana USA (MBL) is an advocate of scholastic achievement and truly believes that education is the primary key to success. MBL helps identify scholarship and funding opportunities to help women of color to pursue their higher educational goals, while maintaining a healthy financial status through financial literacy. The organization promotes a pageant that allows women of color the opportunity to display their beauty, talents and accomplishments. The pageant also offers scholarships to its winners.

This is your chance to get involved!!!!!  SEPTEMBER 30, 2011- OCTOBER 2, 2011.  Do you think that you are too young to really make a difference?…..WELL THINK AGAIN!!  I am 12 years old and the founder of Tori Turner’s D.R.E.A.M. BIG Foundation.  It was my vision, but of course I had help from my parents putting it all together.  In 2011 alone, I volunteered in the children’s ministry at my church, I feed the homeless with Home Mission in New Orleans every other Saturday, I was a volunteer staff member with the Mark Ingram Foundation; not to mention for my foundation.  I, with the help of family, friends, and other volunteers was able to raise enough money to issue $1750 in scholarships, make a donation to the Make-A-Wish foundation, and help finance my D.R.E.A.M.S. (which is where it all started) As a contestant in the 2012 Miss Black Louisiana Pageant, I am “Calling Teens To Action!!!”  Let’s go out and make a difference together!!  I hope I see you at my “Teen’s Making A Difference, Weekend of Service!”  I’m on the move…….and I want you all to come with me!!!  <3 Tori

Do you think that you are too young to really make a difference?…..WELL THINK AGAIN!!  I am 13 years old and the founder of Tori Turner’s D.R.E.A.M. BIG Foundation.  It was my vision at 12 years old, but of course I had help from my parents putting it all together.  In 2011 alone, I volunteered in the children’s ministry at my church, I feed the homeless with Home Mission in New Orleans every other Saturday, I was a volunteer staff member with the Mark Ingram Foundation; not to mention for my foundation.  I, with the help of family, friends, and other volunteers was able to raise enough money to issue $4000+ in scholarships, make a $2250.00 donation to the Make-A-Wish foundation of the Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana, and help finance my D.R.E.A.M.S.
